Yoshiyuki YAMAKAWA Appointed as Representative Director, Executive Vice President and CFO, Administration (Previously Board Director, Executive Vice President and CFO) Yuzo TARUMI, Ph.D. Appointed as Representative Director and Executive Vice President, R&D and New Business Development (Previously Representative Director and Executive Vice President, R&D) Kenzo NAKAJIMA Appointed as Board Director (Previously Chairman of the Board) Hiroyoshi USUDA Appointed as Executive Auditor (Previously Auditor) Toshiyuki KITAURA Appointed as Senior Vice President of Clinical Development (Previously Executive Auditor) Yoshiyuki YAMAKAWA was appointed new Representative Director, Executive Vice President and CFO to strengthen our senior management post IPO. Yuzo TARUMI assumes additional responsibilities for New Business Development aimed for business expansion in the US.
